What is the Return Policy for Clothings/Apparels?
- If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return within 5 days of receiving it. Just make sure to keep the packaging and order details handy.
- You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post.
- We’ll start processing your refund as soon as the returned product arrives at our warehouse and we’ve checked its quality.
- It usually takes 5-7 working days for the returned product to reach us, but it might take longer due to current pandemics or other restrictions.
- The whole refund process will take about 7-10 working days from the time you request it. The refund will be made to your original mode of payment with the shipping charges reduced from the original amount.
NOTE:
- If you want to return something, it must be unused, unwashed and still have its labels and tags, and must be returned in its original packaging with the bill copy within 5 days of delivery. That way, we can make sure it’s still in good condition and everything is in order.
- If the package you receive is in poor condition, tampered with, or damaged before you open it, don’t worry! Just let the delivery person know and they’ll take it back.
- No Returns and Replacements will be accepted for Custom Orders.
- For Surprise tees, due to the thought that goes behind it, we cannot process any refunds or replacements.
- Products bought during special offers aren’t eligible for return or replacement.
- If you get an incorrect or damaged product, just send us an email at care@addions.in with the details and we’ll look into it. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
- Please don’t forget to mention your contact details and Order number while sending it back to us.
- You will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.
What is the Replacement Policy for Essentials items?
- Replacement or exchange of products is only available for the products that were delivered incorrectly, are defective, or were damaged during shipping. Just send us some evidence, like photos or videos, to care@addions.in and we’ll take a look.
- If you want to exchange something you’ve received, you have 5 days to let us know. Just make sure it’s in the same condition you received it, with all its tags and packaging.
- If the product you ordered isn’t available, you can either exchange it for something else or get a refund. Just let us know which you’d prefer.
- Unfortunately, we can’t exchange or refund mugs, calendars, notebooks, or posters unless you have received the wrong product.
- Phone cases are non-refundable, unless you received the wrong product. If that’s the case, just send us an email at care@addions.in with some pictures and details and we’ll take a look.
- If the product doesn’t meet these guidelines, we won’t be able to process a refund.
- It will take about 5-7 working days to process and ship a replacement product.

- If the refund has to be made to the original payment method, we’ll need to subtract the shipping charges from the bill amount.
I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send us images of the product at care@addions.in and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you. We will arrange for a reverse pickup.
Can I get a refund on a canceled order?
- The refund will be processed through the same mode (e.g. credit card, bank transfer) within 7-10 working days.
- Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of placing them.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@addions.in and send your item to respective address mentioned on the bill .
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the respective address mentioned on the bill.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
